Recollection

Bringing on my canvases the colors of Biot, Eze, the sunlight of Provence where I grew up, that is what I'd like to share.

Exploration

My most recent paintings explore intimate views of flowers or animals trying to capture their multi-dimensions. "There are endless possibilities."

Process

I like to enhance the background with thick palpable textures, almost as in a fabric. Then I like to experiment with the colors that best match the emotional moment I'm bringing to the canvas. I work on different layers and with various mediums and finishing it with a shiny gloss to capture light.
